To help keep auto insurance rates affordable, some companies send many of your auto insurance documents via email and store all of your auto insurance documents electronically. If you choose to receive paper copies of your auto insurance documents via standard mail, you may be charged a paper document fee to cover the expense of printing and sending those documents to you.
